Mike continues to strive for improvements in the legal system. For the past 7 years, Mike has taught nurses getting California certifications as forensic nurses and nurse legal consultants at UC Riverside’s health extension program. “I designed a unique course called “Sworn Legal Testimony for the Healthcare Specialist” in which I teach my students how to effectively handle tricky lawyer questions in depositions and courtroom testimony. That’s my contribution to improving the legal system.”
