History of Sun City Shadow Hills

Designed and built by the famous Pulte-owned developer Del Webb this type of development was created to match the success of Sun City Palm Desert community located only 5 minutes away. The first phase of the development began in 2003, and the last phase (Phase 3) finalized home construction in 2016. Del Webb has re-created a culture and lifestyle, that reaches beyond the streets, houses and facilities that fill the development walls, by creating a Community in the true sense of the word.
