Among the sales in June 3 Canterra floor plans, 3 popular Avalino floor plans and 2 of the spacious San Miguel floor plans sold. Comparing this to last month where the best selling floor plan were the Montoya floor plan and the San Benito, which sold 3 each, most likely show a shift due to availability of the floor plan model on the market rather than popularity. For the month of June the average price per square foot remained stable at $186.92/Sq. Ft.. This compares to May the average price per square foot was nominally different $186.55/Sq. Ft.
