Founded in 2023 by husband-and-wife veterinarians Dr. David Jeffrey and Dr. Rachael Jeffrey, the hospital brings world-class expertise to the Coachella Valley. Dr. David Jeffrey, originally from South Africa and trained in Western Australia, is known for his work with dogs, cats, reptiles, small mammals, and even exotic species, like birds often seen in local resorts. Dr. Rachael Jeffrey earned her veterinary degree in Australia and has since made the desert her home, bringing a deep dedication to client education and animal wellness.
Joining the team is Dr. Giorgia Bardini, a graduate of Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona and an honors member of the national veterinary honor society. Dr. Bardini brings a strong focus on feline medicine, dermatology,and palliative care, expanding the hospital’s ability to serve pets at every stage of life.
Behind the scenes, Christina, the hospital’s Practice Manager, ensures every visit is smooth and stress-free. With over a decade of experience in animal healthcare, her leadership helps maintain the high standard of care that defines El Paseo Animal Hospital.
