A Celebration of Flavor & Tradition at Las Casuelas Nuevas

For over six decades, Las Casuelas Nuevas has been serving Rancho Mirage with the vibrant flavors and festive spirit of Mexico. More than just a restaurant, it’s a family legacy that began in the early 1900s in Mazatlán, Mexico, and continues to thrive today. Each dish tells a generational story, lovingly passed down from Florencio “Del” Delgado’s grandmother to the hands of chefs who carry on her timeless recipes.

Step inside, and you’re immediately embraced by the warmth of tradition. From the Relleno Vaquero stuffed with ground beef, roasted corn, and spicy ranchero sauce, to the Chile en Nogada dazzles with its creamy walnut sauce and pomegranate jewels. For seafood lovers, the Mahi Mahi Tropical, grilled and topped with mango salsa and avocado, delivers a fresh and sunny taste of the coast. There is a dish for everyone to enjoy.

What truly sets Las Casuelas Nuevas apart is the way it brings people together. Enjoy unforgettable moments, family dinners, milestone celebrations, or reunions hosted at their beautifully designed spaces including their elegant Hacienda dining room, or their twinkle-lit garden patio. Their dedicated event planners and customized banquet menus ensure that every occasion, big or small, becomes a lively fiesta infused with authentic Mexican hospitality.

Guests can also savor the restaurant’s Sunday Champagne Brunch from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., or stop by for Happy Hour, Sunday through Thursday from 4 to 6 p.m., where signature margaritas and flavorful small plates make for the perfect unwind. (Happy Hour during holidays are subject to change)

Located at 70-050 Highway 111 in Rancho Mirage, Las Casuelas Nuevas invites you to celebrate life, laughter, and the true taste of Mexico.
