Originally from the Bay Area and a lifelong 49ers fan, Janice and her husband, Larry, first discovered the Greater Palm Springs Valley while vacationing here more than a decade ago. After years of visiting, the couple decided to make the move permanent, retiring early and settling in Rancho Mirage in 2014. Retirement, however, didn’t last long. “I’m an epic fail at retiring,” Janice laughs. “I don’t have to work, but I love what I do!” Larry, a former FBI agent, also decided retirement wasn’t for him; he now owns and operates a private investigation firm based in San Diego.
That passion shows in the way she approaches real estate.
