“I WALKED AMONG THE PENGUINS!” Jill M. blurted out as soon as she saw Lisa May, after she returned from Antarctica. Lisa is Jill’s Strength Code personal trainer. Lisa had begun training Jill for this trip months before she left for the coldest, windiest, and driest continent on the earth.
