Connecting Community and Leadership at Rancho Mirage’s Key Events
As we move through the year, Rancho Mirage continues to be a hub of vibrant activity, bringing together residents, business leaders, and community organizations. Two upcoming events highlight the city’s commitment to fostering connections and celebrating the spirit of our community.
Rancho Mirage State of the City Address: A Vision for the Future
The Rancho Mirage Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with the City of Rancho Mirage, invites you to the highly anticipated Rancho Mirage State of the City Address. This annual event offers an in-depth look at our city’s past, present, and future, providing valuable insights from area leaders, dignitaries, and business professionals.
Mark your calendars for Thursday, October 10, 2024.
The event will be held at the stunning Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort & Spa. Check-in begins at 11:00 am, and guests will enjoy a luncheon while staying informed about the latest developments in our city. Whether you’re a long- time resident or a new member of the community, this is your opportunity to stay connected and engaged with the future of Rancho Mirage.
Tickets are $95 for members and $110 for non-members. Don’t miss out on this chance to secure your spot at one of the city’s most important events.
Show Your Heart Mixer: Celebrating Our Nonprofits
In addition to focusing on the city’s future, we must also celebrate the heart of our community—our nonprofit organizations. The annual Show Your Heart Mixer returns on Tuesday, September 24th, from 4-6 PM at the elegant Indian Wells Country Club. This event is a unique opportunity to uplift and honor the incredible work of local nonprofits in a fun, mixer-style setting.
Sponsored by Lift to Rise, the mixer will showcase nonprofit booths, providing a platform for these organizations to share their missions and connect with the community. With limited booth spaces, the event promises an intimate yet impactful gathering. As you mix and mingle with fellow business professionals and community members, you’ll experience the warmth and camaraderie that define our region.
Among the many nonprofits featured are United Cerebral Palsy of the Inland Empire, Guide Dogs of the Desert, Rancho Mirage Woman’s Club, and many others. This is your chance to meet the people behind these organizations, learn about their work, and find out how you can contribute to their causes.
These events reflect Rancho Mirage’s dedication to fostering a connected, informed, and compassionate community. Whether you’re attending the State of the City Address or the Show Your Heart Mixer, you’ll be part of something larger—a shared commitment to making Rancho Mirage a better place for all.
