These eggless cookies made with plain potato chips are both delightfully crunchy and soft and are uniquely sweet and savoury!
Ingredients:
1 Cup of Butter
1 Tbs of Vanilla
½ Cup of Chopped Pecans
½ Cup White Sugar
½ Cup of Crushed Plain Potato Chips
1 & ¾ Cup of Flour
Directions
Melt butter on the stove or in the microwave
In a bowl, mix the melted butter, vanilla, & chopped pecans
In a second bowl mix flour, sugar & plain crushed chips
Add the melted butter, vanilla & chopped pecans to the flour mixture and mix well
Once mixed, make into palm-sized balls
Flatten with fork dipped in sugar
Bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes
Let sit on the cooling rack for 5 minutes
