On Saturday, November 1, 2025, at 6p.m., the Rancho Mirage Amphitheater will host a truly special evening of music and culture. Opera Under the Stars brought to you by Coachella Valley Symphony featuring the Palm Springs Opera Guild, for a joint performance that marks the official season opener for both organizations.
Under the direction of Music Director and Conductor John Mario, the Symphony will join forces with the Opera Guild to present an inspiring program of opera highlights and symphonic favorites, offering audiences an unforgettable experience under the desert sky. The performance will showcase four distinguished guest artists: mezzo-soprano Tzytle Steinman, soprano Tasha Hokuao Koontz, baritone Hyungjin Son, and tenor Gerardo Gaytan.
