A First Person Journey Through A Complete Remodel In Sun City Shadow Hills
Years ago we visited the models at Andalusia and fell in love with the look and feel. The moving walls, ultra open floor plan concept, high ceilings and the spectacular arched metal entry door all ended up on our “someday” bucket list. We ended up purchasing a home in Sun City Shadow Hills because we fell in love with the lot, the 180-degree view of the golf course and the Southern mountain vistas. A move to Andalusia was not to be, but the desire for the above amenities remained. Over time, my wife’s parents and her sister moved next door. Soon after, our two boys joined us in the business and both purchased homes nearby. It became obvious we were staying here permanently, so when the time was right for us to do a remodel we decided to bring Andalusia to us!
