This exclusive privilege is just the beginning of the benefits you’ll enjoy, including a waived $130 Trip & Diagnostic charge for HVAC between 8 am and 5 pm, with a 50% discount on After-Hours HVAC Trip Charges, available seven days a week. And in those after-hours emergencies, rest assured that our office staff will respond with the highest priority. These are just some benefits you’ll enjoy with our new Gold Tier.
Our new Bronze Tier Membership, also known as the Warranty Continuation Plan, is only available to Hyde’s customers with systems that are newly installed and up to 5 years since its installation. With this plan, you’ll receive one multi-point AC/Heater tune-up annually, ensuring your system stays in peak condition. Please note that standard and special filters are not included but can be provided at an additional cost based on your specific filter needs. This maintenance visit will be scheduled and performed during the off-season. During business hours, Bronze Tier Members receive a 10% discount on all HVAC repairs, including the Trip & Diagnostic charge. This discount ensures you receive top-notch service at a more affordable rate; it cannot be combined with other coupons, specials, or promos.
