Choose from an array of delicious options, including: Louisiana Creole Shrimp, a savory dish packed with Southern spices and flavors; Fortun’s Gourmet Tavern Burger with Japanese A5 Grade Beef, a bowl of rich Lobster Bisque, expertly seared Scottish King Salmon, tasty Chicago-style and Roasted Vegetable pizzas from our flaming brick oven, and Signature Steak and Fresh Fish specials featured daily. For barbecue lovers, the Burnt Ends are a must, and the best part of a barbecued brisket, slow smoked in-house for 10 hours to create this local favorite.
