About Sun City Shadow Hills Clubhouses
In order to gain access to the amenities within the two clubhouses in Sun City Shadow Hills renters, guests or homeowners need to register with the Homeowners’ Association (HOA). Once registered they are given resident card, or guest pass that allows them into the facilities within the community. This pass affords access all the wonderful facilities such as; golf, tennis, paddle tennis, bocce, fitness centers, a variety of pools, clubhouses and much more.
Homeowners in Sun City Shadow Hills have a huge selection of world-class facilities, ranging from its 49,000 square feet of enclosed facilities plus an amazing suite of open-air activities. The lifestyle that is synonymous with a Del Webb’s development starts and ends within the two clubhouses. The Montécito Clubhouse and the Santa Rosa Clubhouse are constantly a-buzz with social and fitness activities and are the cultural center for the community.
Montécito Clubhouse
The large 35,000 square feet Montécito clubhouse is equipped with an art studio, a modern cardiovascular and work-out facility, dance studio, eatery, enclosed lap pool, a ballroom, billiards hall, library, conference rooms and a games room. The club’s facilities extend to the outdoors with four tennis courts, an outside pool, five bocce courts, two shuffleboard courts and an auditorium.

Santa Rosa Clubhouse
In phase 3 of the community is a beautifully designed 14,000 square feet clubhouse – the Santa Rosa, offering additional fitness facilities to the community. It comes with cardio, weight training, an indoor walking track, a coffee store within. Also, there are games and conference rooms attached to the communities’ clubs. The outdoor facilities as well include two pickle ball courts, a basketball court, a shuffleboard court, a pool, and courtyard.

Shadow Hills Golf Club
While not technically a ‘clubhouse’ the Shadow Hills Golf Club is the starting point for a nice round of golf, golf lessons, pro shop and more. Shadows restaurant which is close to the Golf Club and located at the outskirt of the community, offers a beautiful landscape to enjoy fine cuisine and regularly scheduled shows.
