The new Acrisure Arena is only weeks away from opening and we are looking forward to it with great anticipation. The arena promises to offer our desert community outstanding entertainment and is home to our very own American Hockey League team: the Coachella Valley Firebirds. Our Sun City Insider team captured the team’s first-ever game on October 16th (a win!) and has the inside scoop from the coaches on the team’s hot start and excitement anticipating playing their first game in the Acrisure Arena on December 18th.
