Matthew V. Johnson started his real estate career in 1988. He specializes in the sale, leasing, management and development of new and existing facilities for growing companies here in the Coachella Valley. His creative real estate development vision has produced numerous successful projects including the Desert Golf Business Park, Boulders West on the Parkway and The Spectrum at Shadow Hills, Tradition Aviation and the Chuckwalla Valley Raceway.

Mr. Johnson moved to the Coachella Valley in 1982 and currently resides in Palm Desert with his wife, Linda. He graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Mr. Johnson has been licensed in both civil and mechanical engineering. He is an instrument rated pilot and holds a California Real Estate Brokers’ license.
