An Evening of Hope

The Alzheimer’s Association, the leading public health organization worldwide in research, advocacy and support, has been serving the Coachella Valley for nearly 24 years with programs and services, education, outreach and care and support, all of which are available free of charge to our desert families.

We are currently in preparation for The Purple Party – An Evening of Hope Celebrating the Alzheimer’s Association, a gala event that will be held on Saturday, April 16th, 2022 at the Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort and Spa in Rancho Mirage. This stellar event promises to bring together desert luminaries, community leaders, corporate sponsors and all of those interested in sharing in a celebratory and inspiring evening of fun, entertainment, amazing food and wine and a wonderful silent
and live auction.

The Select Committee, a group of influential desert leaders who have agreed to attend and support The Purple Party through their sphere of influence, is growing in numbers daily, and the Purple Party Committee has already been hard at work ensuring every detail of this special evening is flawless, from the cocktail reception on the beautiful Sunset Terrace at the Omni to the incredible menu offerings, entertainment and Live Auction surprises.

The Purple Party is a new signature fundraiser for the Alzheimer’s Association in the Coachella Valley, and an important funding opportunity to enable us to continue our educational, support and social engagement programs completely free of charge to our desert caregivers and loved ones living with Alzheimer’s disease and other
forms of dementia.

We would love to ask for your support for the Purple Party on April 16th, whether through a family or corporate sponsorship, as a silent or live auction donor, or as a
member of our Select or working Purple Party committees. And most importantly, we encourage you to attend this incredible and impactful event……and remember to
wear your Purple!

Please call the Regional Director, Cortney Weir at the Alzheimer’s Association at 760-996-0006 for more information.
